Compensation Plan let’s you take charge. You’re

The Poga Compensation Plan was specifically designed
with the successful Independent Distributor in mind.
Here are the benefits of our compensation plan:
- Simplicity - Poga believes that
simplicity equals fairness.
- Compression - Our unilevel plan
pays up to nine compressed levels deep without breakage.
- No Structure requirements - The
Poga Comp Plan is based on volume. You aren’t
required to build a specific structure to maximize
your commissions.
- 50% Paid - Poga pays 50% of all
product sales to its Independent Distributors. No
fuzzy math here. 50% means 50%.
- 45% SuperStart – You sign
someone up, they order, you get 45% of their first
order. Simple.
- 5% Bonus Pools – Two bonus
pools. Big bucks.
- $10,000 Bonus
The Poga Unilevel Commission Plan:
Unilevel Commissions
Unilevel commissions are paid monthly. In order to
start getting commissions, a distributor must be have
Personal Volume of 100 (this can be achieved by a minimum
personal purchase of one case or the distributor must
sell a minimum of one case of product retail through
his duplicated website). The Autoship program is a convenient
way to get your monthly shipment of PogaMoonga.
When your Personal Sales Volume (PSV) is a minimum
of 100 and your total group volume (GV) is 1,000, you
can be paid commissions five levels deep. As your sponsorships
grow, your Group Volume will grow. Upon reaching the
rank of Director 50 (nine personal sponsorships and
50,000 in GV), an Independent Distributor will be paid
unilevel commissions on nine levels deep.
Retail Sales
Retail sales of PogaMoonga can be made through your
duplicated website. This enables you to earn profits
everyday. The difference between the retail price of
$135 per case and your $99 wholesale price represents
profit to you. You are always welcome to purchase additional
cases of PogaMoonga to make retail sales as you build
your Poga business. There is no need for Poga Distributors
to carry their own inventory. Sales made directly off
duplicated websites are shipped by Poga directly to
the purchaser.
SuperStart Bonus
To get your distributorship into high gear, Poga offers
a SuperStart Bonus on all of your new sign-ups. You
earn a SuperStart Bonus on all purchases made by new
sponsorships on their initial order of PogaMoonga. This
bonus is only limited to 10 cases per initial order
and a Distributor is eligible to receive this bonus
at any level. This bonus is paid weekly and any distributor
who has Personal Volume of 100 qualifies for the SuperStart
Bonus.
To illustrate how this bonus works, say you sign up
3 new distributors in a month and all 3 opt to be on
a two-case autoship. You will earn $90 on each of their
initial orders, for a total of $270. You are on your
way.
Worldwide Volume
Bonus Pool
3% of all sales of PogaMoonga go into the Worldwide
Volume Bonus Pool. Director 50 and PogaPlayer Distributors
qualify to participate in this pool. All qualifying
distributors share in this pool on a pro-rata basis
as calculated by their average Group Volume during the
quarter.
PogaPlayers Bonus
Pool
2% of all sales of PogaMoonga go into the PogaPlayers
Bonus Pool. Only PogaPlayers share in this bonus pool.
The PogaPlayers pool will be used to fund exotic trips
for PogaPlayers, luxury car allowances and other well-deserved
rewards.
$10,000 PowerLegs
Bonus
Poga offers a $10,000 PowerLegs bonus to any distributor
who reaches PogaPlayer status. In order to receive the
PowerLegs bonus, a distributor must be a PogaPlayer
for three consecutive months. During those months, the
distributor must have one leg with 50,000 in Group Volume,
25,000 in Group Volume on a second leg and a third leg
with 10,000 in Group Volume. At the end of the third
month, a $10,000 check will be sent out as a bonus in
addition to the unilevel commissions and other bonus
checks.
